Lifestyle is:

Physical Activity:
We can choose to have a body full of vitality, strength and flexibility that can sustain us throughout our life and help us reach our dreams. Physical activity can be really enjoyable! Get out of the gym and into a life of activity, adventure and fulfillment.
Food:
What we choose to eat will have an impact on our health and on each person and process that touches that food along its path from the land to the table.
Food will fuel the body, stimulate the mind and soothe the soul but food is also richly ingrained in our culture and is a multi billion dollar industry. The transportation and processing of food are highly controversial social issues.
Making good food choices may be the most difficult lifestyle change to make but the effects of these changes are nothing less than monumental! For our own well being and that of our world!

To choose a mindset of awareness will lead to a life of more ease, more flow and more joy...and likely more success! When we consciously reduce friction, guilt, busyness and fear, we choose to live a lifestyle of well being and fulfillment.
Money:
It is not money most of us want but the freedom that we believe that money will buy. We can choose to live a life of ease, fulfillment and joy by living within our means. A “make more than you spend” attitude leads to financial freedom. We can also choose to chase the dream of riches and risk a life mired in debt, fear and envy.
Lifestyle Illness:
Poor lifestyle choices will likely lead to illness – stress, anxiety, depression, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension...
Type II diabetes is a pandemic world wide and in North America and most cases of type II diabetes are a result of poor lifestyle choices. Diabetes is a serious illness with debilitating symptoms and most people who are diagnosed with type II diabetes will die from its related complications. Making significant lifestyle changes is critical to manage the diabetes effectively but we all know that eating better and exercising more is intensely challenging. Professional one on one coaching combined with exciting new lifestyle choices like wilderness adventures and other active experiences may be the keys you need to make these rewarding changes.
